When I turn the engine off theres something in the pump that still spins Then slowly stops :? What is it?is it stuffed.

Clutch?

Could it be the clutch, on the pump? I think they use a centrifigal clutch.I'm not sure, though. I know my chainsaw does exactly what your describing.
If it still works when turned on, it is prolly o.k.
