will sierra locker fit vitara?

Post by SiKiD_01 »

someone told me that a auto locker (lok rite etc.) for a sierra carrier will fit a vitara carrier.

is this right? or will i need to get a vit specific locker?

and does anyone know how much these are? i'm still looking for one.

thanks

locker

i know that the carriers aren't the same, nor are they even close, but would the lok rite locker, which replaces the spider gears, fit into both carriers?

the question really, is would the sierra auto locker fit in the vitara carrier?
so, if i had a lok rite for a sierra, would i be able to put it in a vitara?

my educated guess is no... the sites i've looked at for lockers give different part numbers for sidekicks(vits) and samurai's (sierra's)

eg http://www.puresuzuki.com/suzukimain.htm
