Gu on 35's

Considering running my Gu on 35s, is a stock 3.0 diesel, how much performance will i lose on road and off? What diff ratios do i need to change to correct it or are there crawler gears that will do both?

I spose if you look at it in lay-man's terms you will lose one gear in effect.
