Easter Comp - Flyer information

Post by Donna »

Hi Everyone

The attachment is too big to attach to the site so if you would like to go to either of these websites to see the Flyer & Classes otherwise the flyers are around at various stores...

www.tufftoys.net or www.Manar.com.au - Dave may not have it on his site yet but shouldn't be too far off

Thanks
Donna

Whats the go with "skid steer not permitted"

How do you define that? What about cutting brakes? What about front wheel drive? What about rear steer?

Seems strange that you have a totally unlimited build requirement for the outlaw class and then say "skid steer not permitted". What the purpose for this rulling?

Who or where should we direct questions to?

I think it would be skid steer as per Bob cat type steering. :!:
I hope its not cutting brakes. :?:
NOW ABLE TOO SAY WHAT I WANT WITHOUT FEAR OF LOOSING SALES.
The person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the person doing it.

Yea - maybe thats it. They dont want things with hydraulic motors on each wheel like a bobcat.

The way the US guys rule this one out is that they require the rigs to have differentially driven wheels.

Technically when the diffs are locked there is no longer a differential, just a 90deg drive

Call Dave direct at Manar - I'm sure it would just be so you can't enter things like skidders (which Dave uses to make his tracks). Incidentally, Dave has about the biggest collection of Volvo 4x4 trucks in QLD - don't know if he is selling any axles though.

I will definitely be going.

Yep spot on - no bob cats, skidders etc.....and Dave doesn't actually know anything about the Classes he didn't have anything to do with that part of the set up - as per Flyer call Richard for any queries you have and he will answer them for you or give you someone else to ring

Basically - get your entry forms in and go up and have a good time

Look forward to seeing all you keen 4wheelers there
