Camber & Castor Adjuster Kits for a 1994 HZJ 75

Post by slr1968 »

Does anyone know where I can buy a Camber & Castor Adjuster kit. It is for a 1994 HZJ75. Also what is the best kit around as I know there are a few different types available and what kits is the most cost effective.

Thanks Sean

Hey mate,
Camber is pretty well a non adjustable item in these things unless you spend mega. Usually not a prob anyway.

Most spring places sell caster wedges for under the spring packs but just depends on how much ya need.

I think one of the biggest off the shelf type ones is about 5MM on the thick end.
I remember welding a couple of these together in the day!

You can buy kits and they dont cost that much. I have seen some of them advertised for around $300 but I didn’t keep the mag they were advertised in. The ones I have seen work using a concentric bearing or bolt to adjust the camber & castor of each wheel. Has anyone seen these advertised?

That is what I was getting at.
Castor is usually much more important and because camber is not easily adjustable it is not often done. Not normally necessary.

Anyway hope ya find what you are looking for.
