33 10.5 15 Muddies...Do they scrub??

Post by Chookman »

Am looking at changing my 31 inch AT's on my LWB GQ for some 33's
Has anyone fitted BFG 33 10.5 15 muddies with only a 2 inch spring lift and experienced any scrubbing?

Thanks

right rear rubs on captive nut on inner guard, occasionally.
33" MTR's with 70mm spring and 30mm bidy lift
not a problem for me

Depends on which nissan rims you have but I think it's normally along the line of -10mm for Cruiser, 0 for wide wheel 15x7 GQ and +25 for 16x6 GQ.

+25 is bad..... mmmkay?

Thanks Beast
Have bog standard ROH GQ steel rims which are in good condition.
Intention is just to go for some muddies on the rims I have as the wallet won't allow me to change both.
Was curious as to what the difference was.

I Have 33 10.5 ATs on nissan offset rims with 2 inch lift.

They hit the top on the wheel well on the big dips of the cape road. But a half inch addition to the bump stops has eliminated this

Cheers
