Hilux bumpstops....What to do??

To all you guys that have done a u-bolt flip in the rear of a Hilux, what did u do for a bumpstop as the std one will not work with the u-bolt flip in???

Any help appreciated

run no bump stops - this is what i did in the 4 runner

or use the stock bump stop out side down mounted on the frame

Why didn`t you use the origanal bump stop with the plate

When u do u bolt flip in the rear u have to relocate your bottom shock mounts as the bottom shock mounts are attatched to the plate that goes under the diff housing. This plate is replaced with one that sits on top of the spring pack and therefore does not work in the same way as it had previously.

Ive just spoken to Hypo bout this and he seems to have cured the problem for me.

I welded the stock ones to my flip plate.
Easy.
