Like anything, you will just have to shop around. On thing I wouldn't skimp on is the harness. Still shop around some of the preformance shops for the best deal. I use to buy mine from opposite lock when I was racing (if you rolled the car, they used to cut your harness to force you to replace it).

Repco sells VDO gauges.

Big Balls Motorsport (Liam and Rick, both on this board I think) sell all kinds of rally hooligan gear. You could try Revolution Racegear but they are expensive.

mmm hoooooligan go fast bits.

Bubs just go to AutoBarn Slacks Creek!

They have everything that you need and are quite well priced, for the stuff your chasing there is only ever a few $$$ difference anyway!

Many years ago I was visiting friends when we heard a car accident on the next road over. Both of my friends were nurses and volunteer Ambos, so we went to have a look. One car had the driver still inside complaining of (neck or back?) pain, so my friends jumped into action! While sitting in the back seat supporting the driver's head, my mate asked me to use my pocket knife (I was a good Boy Scout! :D ) to cut her seat belt - not that she was trapped, just to make sure it was replaced by crash repairers...
