Normaly it is only deep if you go out to wide around the back of the left side loop.

The right side loop gets to about sill deep in my lux (rooster height) if you go in the same spot as every body else.

yeah we r well on our way 2 bein ready

to do :

mount rear guards that A1Mav has made and fit flares...

mount high lit 2 rear of exo (not needed but if i can i will get it done)......

patch up hole in inner guard on passenger side where snorkel used 2 go thru coz the inner guard is cracked and torn ( not needed b4 this weekend but the guards r off it so i may as well try and get it done)

put the front guard back on and fit lites and blinkers then i can make up flares and fit them...

A1Mav will hopefully have all the little brackets made up so we can put the widow nets on.....

and i wanna extend my air intake out of engine bay under floor an up the back of the exo so i dont suck any water in the mud event due 2 not have a snorkel anymore...

all theses jobs wont take long so hopefully we should b ready 2 leave by lunchtime friday

c y'all down there  :finger:

Ben be carefull going under the cab and out the back with your air intake. Its not hard to get a small leak in a low section and if you get stuck its going to fill up real quick with water.

I watched a guy do this once before and it was all fine and running well after comming out of water but as soon as he reved the engine hard it sucked a heap up out of the bottom and locked the motor.

I would only make it go up from the intake. Maybe run it back into the wiper cowl.

We had a pump going flat out for six hours last Sunday and was left to syphon for the rest of the week. We will set pumps going again when we get down there Thur / Fri. We also need to pump the wombat holes 'cause if ya fall over in there at the moment...you'll drown!
It'll be right on the day....

All teams...
Your information packs and track notes will be waiting for you at the entry gate. Team managers are expected to pick these up. A substitute can pick them up and will sign them out to eliminate confusion.

Pray for fine weather, good luck to you all and see you all out there...
