Guys, what's the WMS width of the Rangie rear diff? Any differences in year models or are they all the same? Are the full floating or semi floating setup?
Thanks

P38's and D2's do not share axles, but they are of similar design - non floaters.
Rangerover 4.6 HSE '96
Still stockish, but with plans
Defender 110 CSW Td5 '01
Full exo cage, all MDE axles, on 9.00x16 Michelins

It is such a shame Land Rover made the backward step from full float to semi float - after doing away with it in about 1954!!! Once the defender is replaced it will probably be all downhill unfortunately.

The WMS measurement would still be handy if anyone else reads this, off a classic rangie to be precise.
Just measured rear as close as I could, was 1556mm.
Thanks John! I'd email u a beer if I could
