80 series coil spacers

Post by Roktruk »

The shocks have finally quit on the Roktruk, so I'm looking at a set of OME long travel shocks (for the 3" lift) and a set of 30 mm Pro Comp coil spacers. Any one running either? I'm after opinions on the shocks and spacers. What's involved in fitting the spacers? Do the bump stops reauire re-locating? I've put a set into a Disco, they simply slotted into thse top of the spring.

It is just a matter of putting them on the top of the springs...

The bumpstop do hold them in place.

The OME shocks work grouse - I run 6 on my car and they are neat as on 3" lift. Tyes 6 . 4 softs on the front and 2 hards on the rear.
80 Series Turbo - the Toy car...
XR6 Turbo - the work car...
XW wagon - the dogs car...
