Power upgrade 4.2TD
Power upgrade 4.2TD
Is the specialised service for upgrading power/economy to the factory spec 4.2TD/TDi's worth while? Some state up to 30% increase in power and economy? Cost about 1K big ones but then you may need a H/Duty clutch to keep up, all up looks like a 2k investment, that's can buy alot of fuel or other. Thanks, Chris.

I think it comes down to what you want the truck for mate
There are a few diffrent ways to up power . I would start with the exaust first mate let her breath As far as the cluth i dont think you need to go to a heavier duty clutch from upgrading power on the factory turbo
But maybe someone else could enlighten this a bit more

Talk to Mokz about what he has done to his.
He has a 3" outlet from the back of the turbo with a 3" straight thru exhaust and has had the boost and tuning done. Goes very well and was quite a bit cheaper than the figures you were looking at.
