SAM You're a Legend Thanx

Post by christover1 »

Thanx fer the advice, Sam.
My PCV valve was sticking, so sometimes werked, sometimes not.
Shoved one in from Mocks old manifolds.
Tho the smoke hasn't disappeared completely, its radically better and my plugs are cleaning themselves up :)
There's no vaccuum at the oil filler now.
Engine aint perfect, but will live to fight a few more battles.
So Adventure Tour 05 is looking good.
I'm hoping the smoke is just residual oil, and may clear up.
But I can drive it in a smokeless way if needed..depends who behind me.
Still only smokin at engine brake, none visible at idle or at cold starts.
In a better mood now :)
