Castor plates wear out but drop brackets are there for life. For you importing stuff I recommend drop brackets as they will keep the stress of your bushes.

And what about ground clearance? I hear that you loose it with drop brackets.

I have had a few people come in and grab drop brackets because there castor plates have floged out or they have bashed them around. Apparently they end up with slap in them after a while champ.

Chating to Matt Bolger and he said that the only time he noticed the drop brackets on his GU was if he had to reverse to get another run at an obstacle. :D
