Front drive shaft angle - options

I have completed a Toyota diff converion and have swaped the rear drive shaft with a Hilux front shaft which is working well.

However my front uni's are binding up - any suggestions for the front shaft?

Sorry to be a smartarse Carl but that's what i'd be doin.

I have heard of people clearancing the yoke in the u-joints, maybe that will work. What's your pinion angle like?

Sorry to be abit off topic. What have people done on the zook diffs when they have moved the front diff forward and better flex.
