hi all gopher here just wondering how u would go about mounting a uhf radio on an aussie rocky? if anyone has pics or knows where i can get it done PLEASE get back to me.

Hi Gopher, do you mean how to install it or where to mount the antenna? I installed my UHF myself it was quite easy, and mounted my antenna on the nudge bar. If you dont have a nudge bar maybe mount it on the spare wheel carrier on the rear.

I mounted my UHF under my CD player in the lower centre section of the dash. Like this.

My husband siliconed mine to the carpet, under the CD player..... don't ask..... it hasn't moved..... even when he tipped the car over .....it does look neat there.

ya im tryin to figure out how to mount it becasue there isnt much room in the rocky to do it. theres the little stop below the cd player but i was also thinking of gettin one of those ones with the seperate face to them. anyway ty for all yor help guys.
