Does anybody have maybe some bluprints or some measermunts of how to custom make a 5 link?

I would appricate it.

If it is for the Nissan in your signature line, you might try the Nissan forum.

I assume this is for the front. If so, some general guidlines are:

Make the links as long as possible.

Keep the pairs of links on each side, equal length and parallel to each other and to the centreline of the vehicle.

Keep the angle to the ground as small as possible.

Use bushes in the joints to gain a degree of compliance (to prevent binding).

Keep the panhard rod (the 5th link) parallel with the drag link (from steering box.

Problems with 5 link:

No anti-dive under brakes.

Binding restricts articulation unless compliant bushes are used.
