4 way steering damper w/ return to center

im about to purchase one of these, just wondering if there is anything in particular i have to disconnect or secure before i take out the steering damper. or is it a straight bolt on/off job?

you can unbolt the old one with out any problems, but read the instructions when installing the new one

the new one is actually second hand, and i doubt they will come with any instructions
