2.8TD Delica Auto in SWB NH Paj

Has anyone heard of someone putting a 2.8TD Delica Auto in a previously equipped 3.0V6 gen 2 Paj? They seem to be a cheap half cut option, though I think you would have to factor in a turbo rebuild and possibly an engine freshen up. The idea of diesel economy interests me, the auto the wife. I was thinking of buying the appropiate diffs at the same time. This engine was an option on the V26C.

Hmmm, auto swap, interesting. I've done the gearbox swap on a few fords before, is it possible to put an auto in my 2.8 NJ 5 speed ?

2 inch lift/31x10.5
Rear shelves/second battery/Engel
Manual GPS (wife reading map)
