James, what's limiting the travel at the moment? Do you want more travel or better articulation?
If you want more travel, then modifying the bumpstops is required.
If you want more articulation (and I'm guessing this is the case - we all do) start by working out what's the limiting factor. If your trailing arms won't allow more travel then none of the options on your poll are likely to help much.
you may find though, that the progressive springs while reducing up travel, give you more down travel. The springs being mounted under the chassis means that you have some pretty small coils, perhaps an option may be to inboard them like the Nissan Patrol rears, and run longer ones with a higher upper perch.
Do a bodylift first then re-locate the spring perch as high as it will fit with the BL.
Fit longer springs to match.
Maybe raise the shock mount so that its level with the axle coz they look pretty low at the moment.
I love my air bags - BUT I'm not so sure they'd be as great if you're not running them in all 4 corners and having them properly setup - ie eliminate side-side/fore-aft air movement between the bags etc.
If you are coming to Tuff Truck grab me to have a look at our setup.
increasing your wheel travel in the rear only will make for a very interesting vehicle to say the least. By having all the flex in the rear you will find the car will have a tendency to fall over. You need to be trying to get a more even balance of travel front to rear

Same goes if all the flex is in the front....just ask glen1n
1: I want to try and avoid doing a body lift as it is fairly narrow and I wanna keep it as low as possible
2: I won't be sassing for awhile $$$ 3: I know someone with a feroza who had alot more wheel travel than me and he still had IFS and never rolled it. He did some hard tracks 2
I'd like some replies from those people who voted for fox airshocks.
Thanx

I didn't vote...but an A- Frame or Triangulated 4 link would be the go to get mostly unhindered flex. 3 links generally have bind during the cycling of the suspension ie; one side of the diff wants to rotate forward the other back. I haven't asked but I reckon you could get cheezy to make a kit or something and you weld it in....$$$$ I know but that is my opinion
But on the IFS/debate thingy...
I got rid of a pajero with similar 3 link coil setup in the rear as your feroza for a SWB GQ patrol. 4" lifted. The 5 link in the ass end flexes so darn well but the 3 link in the front more or less doesn't move. Essentially my driving style is such that the rear end does all the work and the bigg deal is trying to keep the front flat on the deck. I get through real nasty tracks...
Given this. A well armoured lifted IFS setup can definitely be used to great effect 'perhaps' more flex than a 3 link patrol front... Plus benefits of on road handling....
Then again big lifts on IFS cost big $$$$$$. sooo....
This is what I think about in the car driving home from work...
