want to take out a leaf spring pac

I have ironman leafs and there two stiff is it much trouble to ripe out the bottom bar can i do it myself any other ideas

get a 4runner

Now i got a dune buggy with a rotor in it!
Got the 4runner back- now with twin trannys, 35 mtr's
