Yes, i agree.
I think that as the next few events unfold you will see less and less "Bodied Rigs" driving any of the stages!
I agree less body rigs will be as competitve however i wouldn't discourage anyone to give it a go. At the moment there aren't enough buggies out there to make up a descent sized field. Just do some homework first have a look at the footage and the rigs that have entered previously and come prepared as best you can. I would agree though build it as low as you can and shiat loads of bars round the outside. The next few rounds I think will still be a little tame from the point of off camber and vert climbs and dropoffs so I think a bodied rig will still be competitve. SAM
Sam
are we going to see slabs at your property or boulders ?

Hopefully both, defently need a few steep climbs that require plenty of NUMBERS!!!
Note - Climbs = 60-80 degrees and two or three car lenghts high!
Also require heaps of Off-camber climbs and drop offs!

Just my opinion!
That's easy for the guy who is currently building a new buggy to say!
Think of the less fortunate I say I think my car needs to go on a Weight Watchers diet

How could you not have it ready by then?? All i have at the moment is a heap of images stored in Sam's head. I havn't even started building yet!
Don`t hold me to it but I think it will have (for now)
350 chev on gas (I`m tring to talk him into the one in the mav, can you imagine 500hp ATW in an approx 1500kg buggy )
auto, 2 speed power glide (slow or go) GQ transfer GU diffs
tyes, I don`t know but wouldn`t be surprise if he used the 42`s off the mav.

I think Sam has a pretty good "Mental Image" of what it should look like!
I have some work ahead of me and with a Bub due in the next few days its going to be a lot of hard work, BUT there is absolutly no way i won't have this buggy competed and ready to try and get one step closer to been the First WEROCK Australia Champion.
