I have standard fibreglass flares and was wondering what sort of flares you people have done to replace when fitting the 35's under the gaurds...

Flare options for 35's on MQ

Kc, I just got rid of my fibreglass flares of my gq and got the idea off here to get bunnings garden edging for flares. I got 10m of the 65mm hard black edging for 18 bucks and a tube of black silicone to run over the join with the panel to make it look bling. They came out very bling and I just tidied it up by rounding of the ends with my grinder. Piece of piss to do as well
I've been through white fibreglass factory -> Bunning's garden edging -> Clark Rubber rubber flares. Fibreglass cracks too easy (just threw out my original ones, two of which were cracked) and of course, don't stick out far. Garden edging is cheap, comes in good sizes (and colours - garden green 
), can look quite good and not too bad to work with. Still is a bit stiff though - puts lots of pressure on mounts and body if you brush agaisnt them. I just sold my garden edging ones on.
I've finally gone with rubber flares because after cutting my rear gaurds, I don't have a horizontal lip to screw up into. Thus, I searched for anything that would screw into the vertical part of the body, and there was bugger all. Eventually returned to Clark Rubber and bought their 75mm rubber gaurd flare for $10.95/m which had a tiny lip in which to screw horizontally. Look in my member's thread for all the detail on the fun I had installing those. The material itself is very good, but attaching it was a bit of a pain.

I got a bushranger kit for mine.....
$115 and it had all the bits and pieces needed
ample 65mm flare rubber to do all wheel arches
self tapping screws
wire for edge of flare.
Don't both installing if you don't get the ones with the spring wire on the edge cause they look shit to say the least. the flares will sag and generally look bad.
Once installed they looked good and sprung back when knocked about. I know not as cheap as garden edging but you get what you pay for at the end of the day......
