lol ok sorry about that, hmmm dont want anything over extreme like the 454 and 6 inch lift lol just some simple modifications. like things that save fuel, more power, more height without body lift over 2 inch. and what brands to use and that sort of stuff. searching is the easy way out. this is fun lol

cheers

You can ask simple questions if the search function doesn't reveal anything ;)

But it the same question is asked 50 times people get sick of commenting.....this is what the SEARCH fuction is for. Have a search first then once you have found all the info your after, coz it is there, ask any specific questions then just go out and do it to the 45.

Things to search for include:
*Removing leaves
*Opening spring clamps
*SOA or Spring over if you want to go that far

Just a bit of freindly advice from another 40's owner.

Spring over isn't legal in QLD, so we can forget that one. To make it capable, 2" spring lift and 33x12.5x15 muddies. Once again, 33 inch is as big as you can go in QLD and still be legal. Power steering (not really cheap, but essential nonetheless) an overdrive and maybe a bodylift, tho the body doesn't need to be lifted for 33's. ;)
