Guys,
Are the Springs and Shocks on GQ's interchangeable between SWB and LWB?
Reason being I think im going to sell my Shorty and buy a LWB, and would probably remove the OME Lift of it to transfer to the newy?
Anyone know if they are the same parts?

GQ Springs/Shocks
does anybody have any info on the free length and wire diameter of gq swb rear springs ?
reason i ask is that i have fitted gu(2.8td) rear springs to my pajero, hoping for a 2" lift(was chat on the paj forum that they would give 2" lift). unfortunately (or fortunatly, depending what you are after !!) they gave me 4" of lift, which is a bit high for the paj.
i read someware on the forum that gq swb rear springs are either shorter or have a 'softer' spring rate ?
the gu rears that i used where 16mm wire dia with a free length of 450mm (the std paj rears are 14mm wire with a free length of 400).
am planning on making a trip to the breakers yard, but am working the next few weekends, so thought id ask you all.
hope you can help.

99 GU Patrol Wagon 4.2td
I run 3" lifted SWB coils in my dual cab, front is a bit too soft though since I added the steel bar, slow speed suspension is great, but bottoms out the front on high range dirt track bumps, some weight has to go from the steel bar via the grinder.
