Hey,
Just a quick question someone may be able to answer.
Are the Old Man Emu Shocks and Springs same for a GQ SWB as a GU LWB.
ie Could I put my OME Setup (MED) off my shorty onto a GU LWB?
Cheers
Andrew

I have SWB 3inch lift in my LWB GQ dual cab, tray is light, so rear is great, front works well at low speed but a sits bit lower so tends to bottom out on dirt track driving, and other than a steel bar my front is stock for weight.

I think it will make for a soft ride with some sway. It will probably sit down a bit and possibly sag. It depends on the coils you got for your shorty. If they are made from reasonably thick wire you will be right. If you can measure the thickness of wire in the coils used in your shorty, it can give us a better idea of compatablity.

It is soft, swaying is no problem though and I don't have a front swaybar.
My current front coils are 450 high x 16mm diameter, LWB factory were 390h, 15mm dia.
Rear coils are 510h, 18.4mm dia, LWB factory are 460h, 15.4mm.
My current coils are Dobinsons SWB 3" lift lightest coils I could get, and I have EFS Enforcer shocks.
