At 12.5 wide it probably will be illegal anyway, and you want a even wider legal tyre?

Legally you can go 50% wider than your origonal tyre (in QLD)

So if yours came factory with 10.5" tyres you can go 15.75"

Problem is you will need to increase your rim offset to clear everything inside the guard, maximum you can increase your wheel track (centre of tyre to centre of tyre) is 1" (in qld) so thats a 0.5" increase in rim offset.

On the front your steering will now probably rub on full lock, and you cannot limit the steering range. So anything above about a 12.5" tyre becomes very difficult to make "legal".

The other problem is the rim size legality. Apparently the maximum size rim is 8" although I have never read this, its just what people on here have been saying for a few years now. For a tyre above 12.5" your going to need 10" rims, so this may make any tyre wider than 12.5" illegal based on the rim you can use.

As others have mentioned there are a fair few 35's that go wider than 12.5", dont know how many are plain old muddy's though. There are even 33's that go to 13.5" and 14" (boggers?) but i highly doubt they will be able to be legally fitted to your vehicle.

Well Yes......Why wouldnt i?

Good bloke
good company
good deals
there proud sponsers of the mud beers boyz......

if your opposed to getting discounts from them then dont take any notice of it.......

eg, i contacted ryano as a sponer to donate a couple of novelty prizes for our night run tonight and his response was, not a drama.

hes looked after a fair few of our mates with rubber and truck mods.....

if somewone asked about fridge freezers or ice boxes........ i would have no hesitation in recomending evakool....... so fourby's it is.....

and one more just for you

When I completed trashed my rear tyre, the first person I rang was Rayn.

$100 later I had 2 tyres fitted & balanced with 80-90% tread.

Can not recomend his service / prices high enough.
