Picked up my copy as well, most impressed - ballsy effort on their part to put together a mag, can't have been cheap - hope the wider Jeepin' community gets to know its around and gets behind them.

I guess you cant please 'em all....!! I gotta say, I am less then impressed with the second edition of JAA..........I know that it will get better and I will be buying the next edition but I thought it was a little...um...amateurish.
It reminded me a little of my old college monthly newpaper, minus the swear words and dirty jokes!!.
The reports on the various meetings were were informative, no doubt about that...if you were there!!, a little like a grannies bus trip to Canberra....I half expected to see..."And a great time was had by all"!!
The day was saved by the write by Mark Hickey on gears, then shot down by 12 pages of 'Club talk'!!!.
Ok, I'm bunkered down so start flaming........it will only get better by critque!!

Like all mags, they are only as good as the stories/write ups that we, Jeepers, write for them. Plus the work they do to get it up and running. I like the reports and items by the clubs. Some great trip reports.

JAA and 4WD Monthly, still the perferred weapon of choice!
