hi all i need help with my Suspension i what to get more flex iv got $600 to speed what can i do thats esey i what to get as much flex as i can but still be able to drive it nice on the road and iv tryed to search it has buger all in it

Have a look at doing a Rears Up Front conversion (used springs $100pr), extended shackles ($60-70 inc new bolts) longer shocks ($200)

The shackles are made of C section, can't remember the size. I can measure it if no one else can remember.

Rubber spring bushes will also give more flex than urethane, however urethane lasts longer. Full set of new rubber bushes less than $100.

Note, pic is before longer springs went in. Shackle angle pictured is ALL wrong.
