HJ75 landcruiser ute 2.5 inch body lift need help

Post by Mud_5lut »

i am about to put a 2.5 inch lift in the old girl, has anyone ever put this size lift in one and if so what did u have to change, there are some rubber lines from the box and other places that might need some length, but more so i am worried about the 4x4 shifter in the cab it looks as though it is going to dissapear with that size lift. help would much be appreciated.

Your shifter will be fine...with a few minor adjustments. I say throw the body lift in as, like the 60 series, you have enough play (just) to fit in a 3inch lift. Once its all in place (and having noted shifter movement and positions before the lift) checkout how its rubbing and it wont go. Then heat her up with and oxy and give her a few taps. Roberts ya mothers brother mate. And if you don't like the length of the stick while shes out cut and brace a spacer into it. No wucken forries.

Cheers
