Just replacing the shakles in my lux at the moment and got them all out bar one, the front driver side is stuck good and proper, ended up cutting the shackle in half, top half came out but the :bad-words: bottome half won't budge, even with the mini sledgey, antone got any tips to get the thing out?? have sprayed with inox for the last couple o days and still nothing..............

heat it with an oxy to melt the bushings? might stink a bit

innox might not be fine enough. try stuff called penetrine, give it a good coating and many taps on the sides to help "vibrate" it loose at the same time. leave sit for a good hour or so.

and as bad_religion_au get some heat into it. even a lil handheld butane should get enough heat to loosen it off

Make sure you have something decent on the other side of the spring when your trying to bash the pin out. Otherwise the spring is just going to flex back and forth.
