Does anyone have the tune up specs for the LJ50 2stroke??
(stuff like carby float levels, plug & points gap etc etc)

I have the manual for the lj50 in front of me.
Timing is 8 degress BTDC below 1000 rpm
Plugs are NGK B-7HS
Plug Gap is .7mm
Points gap is .4mm
Main Jet #127
Main Air Jet #110
Slo Jet #48
Slow air jet #120
Idle adjutsing screw 1-1/4 rotations backed off
Power jet #80
Checking the float chamber fuel level:
Rig up the special measuring tool on the float chamber and run the engine at about 800rpm. Check the fuel level is maintained at 24mm.
If I can find my scanner I will scan the appropriate pages for you (or I can take digital photos).

Greg
