I'd guess one of your sensors is off.
Is it idling ok?

im quessing that you may have not got the right spedo correction cog in the sensor for it to be out 30km.......fix that and see how many k's ya getting out of your tank.

Is it idling high? My TPS was buggered, and I was using HEAPS of juice. $200 or so for a new one, 10 mins to bolt on and back to around 14lt/100km :D

Wouldn't hurt to plug your TJ into a computer and check the sensors. Mine was showing throttle open 94% at idle.......

ditto on O2 sensors.
that much milage loss could be a result of really big dints in the fuel tank too
