The Smiths seemed to do very will again, placed about 7th or 8th i think.
The Krawlers looked to be at very low pressures.

Didnt see Trent Leen run.

Those were the only to running them that i saw.

A bit off topic but I'll go for it anyway. Seeing as this private property is being used for winch challenge events is the owner also open to the idea of maybe running other events on his property.

NSW has Nissan trials, Willowglen & Woodpecker but Victoia doesn't have any club based events. it would be great to find a property that was open to the idea of setting up trials based events. I reckon it is starting to get to the time that Vic has some of these style of events to keep the competitors happy and to get more people into the comp side of the sport

Ontrack 4wd Club has access to the Vic Winch property from last year which has similar terrain and seriously challenging tracks established...

We have an open invite to run another comp there. That property has some serious areas to use, as well as an excellent setup for competitors/campers. The concept of a trials event will be looked at as well as other styles at this property and others.

Biggest issue I can see with properties is spectator management and parking. Seesm to be a headache regardless. Shuttle buses are a top idea. Anyways - events are in motion.

I think other clubs need to know about it to help manage the work involved in putting on big events. Different clubs could manage and create different event stages etc

The Yarra Valley club hosts the ATECO but wouldn't be able to run the event without the help of all the other clubs that help with things like the stage management, etc. You would find that with any event this size finding enough bodies to do the job is to big an ask for any one club. It was a fabulous weekend and a big thank you to all who helped out. :D

Ditto - we had clubs help us run the event - takes many bodies to make it a success. Also take allot of compromise, late nights and dedication.

Insurance, councils, toilets etc - all create headaches and paperwork!

Top work everyone!!!
