Yeah just looking at a standard power steering system for it the missus is complaining its to hard to park

depends on the year model aswell
a complete power steering setup from a wreckers can be pricy aswell, i have been quoted $1000 - $1500 for a full setup (me install)

Man that is pricey i haven't started looking around yet but i didn't think it was that expensive its for a 86 mod.

that price was for my 89 ln106 model
id have no idea for an ealier model, it all depends on how may came out with std power steering in 86 , the the with it the more you will pay as they are a rare and very wanted item

All hilux Power steer kits are the same it only varies on wether its petrol or deisel. They will charge the same no matter what model you have.

Only the pump and Bracket. The lines and box are the same.

youve just got to be in the right place at the right time :wink:
i sold a complete set up for $150 :roll: :roll: the bloke couldnt get the money out of his pocket quick enough.........that was a 1992 model :twisted:
what a stoner but when u dont no what there worth u get what u can

I gave my old solid axle power steering box away thats even worse. And i know what they are worth and did then too :roll: :roll:

tell me about it i had to pay $600 six months just for a ifs box i was not happy...........HINT 1 dont let a mate try rebuild your sterring box :wink: :twisted:
