i need to get my front wheels to turn so out goes the 5 link. as it doesn't work with the gu diffs. this has been talked about before but i feel its time for fresh info.
comments for those that have thrashed them.
3rds, snake, ludacris specials, custom five link - i remember cheezy talking about setting them up for speed not flex. i will build my own if i go down this path.
need some tech like why aren't the wizar links further seperated at the rear as this destroys castor position over the travel range, why not parallel etc.
i feel the diff mounts should be further seperated too as this with rubber bushes must be the cause of a casor rock and shimmy
thanks fellas

ok i have the problem solved.
fernando at 3rds helped out. i ordered a set of front arms and will get the rear stuff and 4way shocks later (don't want overspray all over them)
the odd chassis cracking story has been rectified by removing the harsh needle bearings and inserting a more appropriate bush. the nuts undoing themselves upon twisting is a thing of the past too.
so i will get some pics when i get them in my dirty hands.

i can vouch for the 3rds front arms, Fernando is a top bloke, and is always open to any questions that you have, when i picked up my set, he explained all the orig probs they had come across and all the fixes, there product is top notch, i saws the arms and some of the work involved in the production, i definatly say they are worth the dollars,
