The Main relay and the Fuel Pump relay should both be beside the ECM up under the dash on the drivers side. You can also get to the ECM by pulling the speaker as it's behind it.

I take it you can't hear (easier to hear if you take the petrol filler cap off) the fuel pump operating for a couple of seconds after you turn the ignition on. Turn the ignition off. Using a wire connect the Pink/Black and Black/White terminals on the fuel pump relay. Does the fuel pump make any noise now when the ignition is turned on? If it does then the relay may be stuffed. If no noise is heard then the Pink/Black wire may have an open, the fuel pump connections could be faulty or the fuel pump itself is faulty. If noise is heard then it could be a relay coupler connection, Pink wire open fault or a poor connection of the Pink to the ECM. Check the resistance of the coil in the relay. Resistance between terminals A(Bl/B) & B(P/B) should be infinity and between C(B/W) & D(P) should be 56 - 84 Ohms. There should be continuity between A & B when a battery is connected to C & D.

Thanks for that info cj but the relay clicks on and off. But I found the problem fuel pump Is DEAD
I had 12v on it while it was still in the tank and in the car and it did not work so i have now pulled it out and put 12v across the terminals and it is DEAD.
