try 2mm, but i'm pretty sure if it's a bow and arrow style bender it will deform really quick,

i have a cheapo bender, bending some heavy wall pipe, did one bend sweet, the next bend was fucked, i warped the die on one bend.
so now i have to get off my ass and buy a dawn die.

filling the pipe with sand can greatly reduce this :)

I know that's right because Hardy Kruger said so in the original version of Flight of the Phoenix!

this is 25nb bent with the dawn die. 32nb will go to 180° quite easily.

nomimnal bore,(inside diameter).

hey slayer, filling with sand will be ok but if u have to fill it to stop it from crushing then it wont be strong enough to take a hit etc.

$100-$140 for a 32NB dawn die/former, depending on where you buy it. do a search for dawn dies or dawn formers or email dawn tools.
