zook histeer - merc benz arms

Post by hypo »

Heya,

i have been reading thru the suzuki bible and have come accross the mercedes benz steering arm high steer setup for the sierra's.

im interested in this as i plan on putting 80 series diffs under the zook but not 4 a while yet, so tempory plans r SOA on the widetrack axles, longer leaves and CIG lockers.

so to do that i need highsteer, i have priced a setup from OVERKILL, and i mite say it was a very good price 4 wot i was getting, but i cant justify spending that much if its only gunna b on there 4 a few months.

so wot i wanna know is has anybody in aust done this setup ? how successful was it ? and where can i get the arms from ??

and pix or other info will b gr8..

hehe i have thought about that, but with it bein CIG lockers it will have a lot of stress on the steering offroad being locked all the time so yeah i dont wanna go completly dodgy :)
