GU T/Case Removal

Post by sootygu »

About to fit gearmaster gears and need a little help with removing the transfer case. I know the whole gearbox does not need removing but was wondering exactly which part to split from the g/box. The rest of the job will be fairly easy but dont want to remove any more than necessary.

Any photos or instructions to assist appreciated.

Cheers

there was a guy fitted his own a few weeks on here, look back a bit or search. The other thing is to go and buy a Gregory's manual from Repco.

to get the case out you will need to split it at the splitline about 100mm towards the engine from the front output flange.

cheers bru
