I have read the bible and I have a book that tells me how to do it the problem I have Is that a 94 has a 6 pin plug with the black rubber boot on it and the book i have is for a 4 pin plug. Going from left to right with the clip at the top which ones do I stick the jumper wire in.

Hi 12uke,

The plug has six holes but only 4 of them are contacts.

In your drawing the contacts are 1, 3, 4, 6.

The jumper goes from your 3 to 4.

Just check that the centre 2 contacts have no copper inside to ensure that it is the same. My info is that this is the same from 1991 to 1995 models but i stand to be corrected on that.

Thats no use to me as I have 6 wires in a 6 pin plug and just for a play I put the jumper wire in 3 and 4 as would do for a 92 top right and bottom left nothing and the check engine has displayed it's self a few times so there has to be a code in there some where.

That is no help either as I KNOW what and how to get them out of a 92 vit as it has a 4 pin plug but a 94 has a 6 pin plug where do i put the jumper wire. As the avove post SAYS.
