Post by TOPLUX »

have just installed a set of super springs, there great for the weight i carry and smoother on the road, but know the leafs look like there under alot of stress and the diff is rocking back and forth when you shake the car, i think there suposed to be solid question is, are my leaf springs shot or is the centre bearing on the tail shaft stuffed :?:

the center bearing is not meant to be supporting the diff at all
its only meant to support the tailshaft
the diff shouldn't really be moving ,maybe your spring are to soft and a track bar is required

have you checked the leaf pin, or what ever its called that locks all the leaves in line, i have snapped this few times due to much axle wrap.
