I haven't seen anywhere in Australia that sells the kits or built up units. I think you have to buy it directly from their home site - or have a look on the USA Ebay.

Do a search for Glens Garage, he sell's complete kits out of the US and would be much easier then buying the parts seperately.
Saddle up tonto, its the not so loanrangie! . 98 TDI DISCO lightly modded with more to come.
