So the diff locked up the other day, completely, wheels won't turn at all.
Am I likely to have problems other than the diff? I.E would the axles or bearings be a problem?

Seized diff - causing other problems?

Jack the wheels up, disconect the driveshaft, and things should be a bit more clear.
Assuming no LSD:
If one wheel remains stuck and the other turns the pinion then it is a seized axle or brakes.
If both wheels turn in opposite directions with the pinion stationary, then the pinion or diff center side bearings are seized.
If both wheels turn the same way and the pinion turns then the side gears/spider gears are seized.
With LSD:
Bit more difficult to isolate due to preload (may need you and a mate with a breaker bar on the either side), the second test won't work.
Sounds like you may have done a tooth, which has been jammed and embedded somewhere where it shouldn't be.
