MQ's into a WT

Post by nicbeer »

I have read some of the threads but not much direct info.

Considering to put into a WT with std 1.3/5spd and RUF with CJ rear SPUA.
I believe the diffs will bolt in but need some other answers.

A couple of questions:

What tailshaft fits these, can u use the WT or hilux one as its similar bolt pattern to the WT.

What steering is needed on these to mount up to a WT.

Which navara has the same width and smaller pumpkin? Does it have the same ratio or do i have to get a patrol centre.

cheers

Nic

You'll need custom driveshafts, 1/2 sierra, 1/2 MQ patrol.

Custom drag link, i just used 1/2 of an MQ link and 1/2 of a sierra one. But my car was not engineered.

The spring pad width is the same as WT sierra.

Not sure which model Navara has the same ratio, but yes the Navara diff is available with the 4.625.
