E-brake drum studs?

Post by notajp »

My Sammi motor into SJ410 project is just about complete. I lucked out on the trans mount, as Suzuki redesigned the trans in 85 so that the rear housing is the same as the Sammi 5-speed, so it also uses the same mount. So all I had to really deal with was the motor mounts and the rad mounting. Since the back of the trans was the same and mounted in the same location, I didn't have to cut the shifter opening. One problem I've run into and can't solve is that the parking brake drum is missing the studs to mount the rear driveshaft. I'm hoping somebody can help me get these, as the parts stores here have nothing like them, and of course since Suzuki never (officiallly) imported these here, the dealer can't help. Does anybody have any of these laying around they could help me with? Right now I've got a standard flange on the t-case so I can install the rear driveshaft, but that puts me shy on those special bolts (by four), so I can't install the front d-shaft. Not a big deal right now, but it will be in about a month or so when the snow starts!
Thanks!

IJ
