The "up" is not to do with water. Although that is what a lot of people think.

The up on the ends of the names means "place of" in aboriginal
So the first bit of the name is a thing (like water, hills, etc, even one is many flys :) )
Paul.

BTW nice pics Dewse.

Cant remember. I read it in a book somewhere years ago.
Flys are a pain in the rectum around here at the moment. Those sticky little bush flys that like to go in your nose and down your throat are everywhere!

Dents are fine. Hammers can fix them, as long as it does suffer terminal rust like mine.

cheers

have you ever considered asking 4x4 wreckers in Wanneroo?

I know they're a wreckers yard and prolly want a squillion dollars, but they have a few 1L shells sitting in their yard with all the parts picked off them - I'm sure they'd just sell them for $20 scrap metal when they're done with them, maybe give them a ring, couldn't hurt.

Yeah I might give it a try. I know that suziwest has a few lying around as well.

Would be good idea to get a daily driver before I cage a soft top and get rid of the targa bar and windscreen.

Nice pics dewse. Are you glad you kept your zuk now. the only way we can justify the crap ride, handling and rattles is by taking them off road.

Speaking of which when are we going for a drive. I have finished the suspension on mine now so it is offroadable.

drew and the others are keen too.

That hill that I didn’t make it up is the top of hilux hill. It has been changed a few weeks ago. There has been heaps of fill placed in front of the exit. I’ve driven it heaps of times in it’s old form.

As for our wheel I am keen but this Christmas stuff means I don’t know what the hell I’m doing. I’m considering a camping trip down south if any one is interested. Most probably leave after boxing day…I don’t have to be back till 9th of jan.
