What year and have you got a lift in it?
315/75R16 will scrub in the mudflap area without a lift.
You'll need to go for a 315/75R16 as they are load rated correctly for the vehicle. F250's require a 121 load rating and the majority of the 305/70R16 are only 118.
If you wanted to spend an extra couple of dollars on wheels and tyres you could get an 18" wheel with a 325/60R18 (33x13.50R18) Mickey Thompson ATZ. They are load rated and fit without the lift.
Cheers,
Ryano
