Spring spacers Mav/GQ

Post by paultherocksta96 »

Just wondering how many people have added 30mm spacers to get that extra lift?
My weekend muddies touch when under flex.
My Mav runs both sway bars as it is lovies car to drive the kids in and my weekender.
31's on the road and 32's for weekend.
It's also got 50mm spring lift.. New shocks are comming soon so will be a bit longer to suit if I go through with it.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts

Got em in the rear of my GQ to level things up, front springs are set up for extra weight of a winch which isn't in there yet so it sits a bit higher in front without spacers in the back. Never had an issue, you wouldn't even know they were there.

What about drive angles brake line lenghts and stuff like that 30m spacer + 50mm springs = 80mm/3+inches.
I'm just trying to find out what else I'll need to do if I put them in.

No problems with mine. You won't get a full 30mm lift, as the coil will compress into the packer/spacer a small amount. Discussed them with DOT, they didn't have a problem, Inspection officers also have approved them in the past.
Built, not bought.
