Alloy Tray price

Post by Funk_off »

Hey peoples, Ive got an alloy tray, and ive been thinking about getting rid of it for a while. A mate of a mate offered me 250 for it. I was just wondering if anyone could tell me if the offer is worth taking or not. Its a tidy alloy tray with one small rip (3cm long easily fixable) in the floor, other than that its in great shape. The pics dont show it but there are sides for it

Out of interest, what do you estimate that tray weighs?

I got one just like it that I removed from my luxie.

Me and a mate on either side could lift it off the chassis pretty easily
so I wouldn't think it would have weighed that much.
Mine has no headboard or sides fitted though.

I know of a mate who removed his tub and fitted an alloy tray and he
reckons it is noticably lighter in the back end now.

Hope that helps ya.

Cheers,
Bart
